Aesthetics for body and soul in the "Bergquell" (mountain spring)

To sauna is one of the most intensive bathing experiences − for body and soul. Sensual experiences await you in the "Bergquell", our aesthetically arranged and 300 square meters big wellness oasis.

Steam bath, Finnish Sauna, Biosauna, Kneipp Footbath, Heat Couches and a quiescent area are all part of our spa as well as a juice bar and a tea bar. A modern gym with personal coaching completes our offer.

Biosauna

Enjoy gentle heating up to 50−65 °C, together with an interplay of coloured lights.

Finnish Sauna

Nothing embodies the origin of the European Saunatradition more clearly than the classical Finnish Sauna. The temperature of our Finnish Sauna lies between 70°C and 90°C, the relative air humidity amounts 5-10% (10-25% after an "Aufguss"). It purifies and detoxicates your body and strengthens the immune system.

Sweating room

The classical Sauna is an indispensable component. Its effect is based on the change between dry warmth and cooling off the body in air and water. Temperature: 100 °C. During the warming phase the vessels widen, the heart works more easily, the musculature relaxes. The briefly increased blood heat strengthens the immune system, intensive sweating purifies.

Cold Water Basin

A cooling phase follows each time you are having a sauna, in which the vessels narrow again. Thus heart, circulation and blood pressure get well trained − concentration is followed by relaxation.

Steam Bath

Look forward to the pleasant effect already appreciated by Greeks and Romans. In contrast to the Sauna a steam bath is not so hot and much more humid − ideal for a beautiful skin or on illnesses of the respiratory system and rheumatic discomfort. 42 °C and 100% air humidity.

Solarium

The sun that always shines! − whenever you want to refuel on warmth, energy and joy of life. Sun-bathes in the solarium do not only give you a healthy teint, but keep you fit as well. It activates, energizes the oxygen change and increases your efficiency.

Infrared Cabin

You will not see the difference. But you will feel it. Warmth is one of the oldest cures of mankind. Who appreciates the particularly gentle heating up of the body by mild radiant heat will love the well thought-out infrared cabin.

Heat Couches

Heat couches are the most in demand places in the quiescent area. Resting on it you will enjoy a marvelously warm feeling in your back and your legs.

Juice- /Tea Bar

Who sweats, must drink as well. Our Lecher mountain spring water − directly from the fountain or in a cup of tea − works true wonders.

Kneipp Basin

The foot bath is part of the sauna rite. Whether you prefer the warm-cold change or the relaxing heating bath: In any case the foot bath belongs to having a sauna the traditional way.
