The Berghof cuisine reinvented!


From selected, natural components is created something completely new, unusual, great. Modernity at it’s best! The new 7-course Tasting Menu, unadulterated flavors and textures combined, with ingredients harvested in the morning and processed at noon. A tribute to the region and to good taste. The culinary highlight can also be enjoyed vegetarian.

“The menu came from the idea that I wanted to create something that required absolute perfection – from the entire kitchen and service team! Every single employee should get the chance to prove their skills, grow from the challenge and be proud to work in this profession. For this menu, I have placed great emphasis on using only good and original products and getting the most out of them without distorting the flavor of the individual components,” says chef Rick Frank.

For the aperitif, our bar manager Oliver spoils our guests with varying drinks. Afterwards, small but fine specialties prepare the palate for the menu that follows. Our restaurant manager Kevin and sommelier Günther together underline the menu with the perfect wine accompaniment thanks to their extensive knowledge and experience.
