Cancellation policy:
- This rate is not refundable from the moment of booking. For bookings in the low season a change of dates is possible under certain circumstances.
Deposit:
- Prepayment rate. The total amount is due at the moment of booking.

- Cancellation without charge up to 2 months prior arrival, your deposit will be saved for a future stay or if you wish, refunded.
- from 2 months prior to arrival: 40% cancellation fee (equates to deposit)
- from 14 days prior arrival: 70% cancellation fee
- from 1 day prior to arrival, at No-show or early departure: 100 %
In low seasons the possibilty of free cancellation might be extended to 14 days or even to the day of arrival. Check your personal offer for details.

- 40% Deposit at the moment of booking
- Outstanding payment as usual comfortably on location
